Returns Policy
The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold on Suncity store. In general, an item may be eligible for return within the 5 days of receiving the product if it only fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
o Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
o Has missing parts or accessories For returns, you have to send an email to orders@suncityent.com describing the issue and a picture proof of the same.
Shipping
