An item is eligible for return against a coupon code of the said amount within 5 days (Domestic) and 10 days (International) of receiving the product if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions.

-> Was delivered in a Physically Damaged condition.
-> Has missing parts of accessories

Cosmetics
-> These products are Non Returnable/Non Refundable

Fragrances
-> These products are Non Returnable/Non Refundable
